Rocky has been working very hard baking dog biscuit treats ready to sell at his next Blue cross car boot sale, so here he is up our local country park the Lickey Hills.
After chasing all the squirrels absolutely every were and covering many miles in the process and in extreme heat we find a place for me to sit and yes a brook for Rocky to cool off in

They tell you to aim high!
Well apart from baking treats for my Rocky and his friends, i have been baking for humans. I have been coming across many different styles and have been looking at food from all around the world for inspiration and yes wow i have found so many ideas and styles that i think this may take a very long time to learn to bake all the things i have already found.
I think though the link bellow is going to take me an extremely long time to get to there standard! the good news is that whilst trying we can always consume all the pastry, cakes, bread, etc that does not come out the way i wanted it to.
Please have a look at this site, but not if you love chocolate and you are hungry, i am not so sure if i purchased some of there cakes i would actual eat them because they look too good.

Baking Mad!
I do not have the same trouble some people do with their dogs when they go Barking Mad and will not stop barking, i have found out that during any baking i do my dog is Baking Mad!
He is on full alert from start to finish and will not takes eyes off me at anytime, every step is a painful one for Rocky my dog who finds it hard to understand that the products need baking and then cooling before he can sample them and give his approval.
OK great my dog loves anything cooked or baked but it has been almost impossible not too offer him a tiny sample, but naturally this may bring problems even though he only has very little bit. So in my wisdom to solve this problem i have now decided to bake him something that is really OK and safe for him to eat.
So far we have made Liver cake and today we have made Salmon biscuits both of which have gone down well and naturally he shares them with his doggy Friends, lets hope Charlie my cat does not get any ideas.
I have come to the conclusion i do not need a chefs jacket, i only need a butlers uniform and a silver plate to serve my dog Rocky. Good job he is worth it! and his Friends!
